Brochant Station holiday lettings

What a fantastic place to stay! The apartment is spacious, clean, and exactly like the pictures — truly beautiful. The location is perfect, just a short walk to all the major landmarks. We loved the easy check-in process with clear instructions sent in advance. The neighborhood is lively with plenty of cafés, shops, and restaurants nearby, so there’s always something to enjoy. The host was very responsive, which made the stay even smoother.

We had a fantastic stay in this lovely apartment. It was walkable to so many of the sights and an easy walk to the Metro. It was furnished very well and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The hosts had great communication. I would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect apartment for my friends and I, was exactly as described and very clean. It was quite literally a 2 minute walk from the metro station and was quick to travel to attractions around Paris. The area the apartment was in was also lovely with the markets, bars and restaurants and parks nearby. Ivan was very useful giving us advice and recommendations which was great- we would love come back here if returning to Paris so thank you!

We loved staying in this beautiful apartment. The terrace, filled with plants, was a gorgeous spot to relax in.

Really good apartment, very well equipped, location is great: near to the metro and one of the best eclair and macaroni shop just at the corner. Pascal is very nice, helpful, attentive to the client needs owner. Will be happy to be back

I was in Paris for 4 days trip which was bit short to cover key sites but the location of the apartment made it easy for me. In terms of accommodation property was as shown in the pictures on site. Property manager Louise was responsive however i felt he was bit rude when it comes to maintaining the apartment and left out conditions. Once it is clear in terms & conditions how the property is to be left, it should be left with residents on its compliance rather than preaching it several times. Other than that we had comfortable stay without any problems.
