What a fantastic place to stay! The apartment is spacious, clean, and exactly like the pictures — truly beautiful. The location is perfect, just a short walk to all the major landmarks. We loved the easy check-in process with clear instructions sent in advance. The neighborhood is lively with plenty of cafés, shops, and restaurants nearby, so there’s always something to enjoy. The host was very responsive, which made the stay even smoother.

We had a fantastic stay in this lovely apartment. It was walkable to so many of the sights and an easy walk to the Metro. It was furnished very well and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The hosts had great communication. I would absolutely stay here again.

Our overall experience was great. Address is perfect, right in the heart of Rivoli-Tuillerie-St.Honore. Cleanliness and facilities standards of the flat were high. Our communication with our host was impeccable. We could even check-out late in the afternoon but this is also a matter of circumstance (flat was not rent the next day). Kris/Dany was always there for us when needed. Highly recommend

Having 1st stayed here 10 years ago, and done shorter trips to Paris in between in hotels, we returned and regretted not coming back here instead sooner. There is room for two people to enjoy their stay and relax. The area is less frenetic than others and very well connected and central, clean and safe, with plenty nearby. From the moment you enter the building to when you sit on the balcony it is classy and what you hope for from a Parisian stay. Watch the Eiffel tower twinkle at night in the distance and plan your next vacances....

The apartment is in a lovely location, near lots of restaurants, bars, shops and the Metro. The apartment was beautiful, clean and spacious with comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. The owners were friendly and very helpful - we all enjoyed our stay.

After a last minute cancellation by another property, I’m so happy to have found this perfect little apartment. It was a great location, less than a mile from both the Louvre and Sainte-Chapelle, and right around the corner from great shopping (Louis Vuitton and Saint Laurent) as well as great little cafes. It was on an adorable street above a flower shop, that had the most beautiful flowers out every morning. And Louis was the absolute best host! He met us at the apartment to show us how things worked, gave us great recommendations for places to shop and eat, and even made us a reservation at a local restaurant where we tried escargot for the first time. The place itself didn’t look like you’d need a reservation, but 20 minutes after we showed up, it was packed, and the food was great! He checked in on us to make sure we were settled, and you can tell he really loves his job. Would absolutely recommend this place, and would stay there again!

An almost perfect stay for all of us (6 family members with . ages from 58-95). Lovely, comfortable modern home with all the conveniences and a super location on a quiet, tree lined street with many shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. We spent 12 delightful days there and definitely recommend it for 6 people of any age. This was the first visit to Paris for one of us and one of many visits for the rest of the group and we all agreed on how enjoyable our stay was.

I was in Paris for 4 days trip which was bit short to cover key sites but the location of the apartment made it easy for me. In terms of accommodation property was as shown in the pictures on site. Property manager Louise was responsive however i felt he was bit rude when it comes to maintaining the apartment and left out conditions. Once it is clear in terms & conditions how the property is to be left, it should be left with residents on its compliance rather than preaching it several times. Other than that we had comfortable stay without any problems.
