Holiday rentals near Kermaria Chapel

We had the most wonderful week in Isabelle's house. She was excellent at communicating when I sent her a few questions in advance of our trip. Every message was responded to within around ten minutes and she was so helpful on our arrival. The house is metres from a very nice, family beach which was never crowded. The house is equipped with everything we needed and worked well for us with the bedrooms being over three floors. There were plenty of bathrooms, which was important for a group of thirteen. The master bedroom has a stunning view of the sea. The balcony off the dining room was lovely for eating outside and we used the barbeque. The pool was a big hit, particularly with the children. There is a nice seating area by the pool with sun loungers. It was helpful being able to store our bike in the shed. Parking was never an issue being readily available. The centre of the town is walking distance from the house and there is an excellent market on Monday mornings. There's even a great crepe van at the bottom of the road next to the house. All in all it was a perfect property for us. Thank you so much, Isabelle, for all your help and hard work.

The gite was of a high standard with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was not a problem that the bathroom was down stairs.

We had such a wonderful holiday in Yvias. Hervé and Béatrice were such accommodating hosts and nothing was too much. The house has been newly renovated to an excellent standard and is fully equipped with absolutely everything you might need. The garden is huge and safe and suited our four children perfectly. The location was great. Paimpol is very near and there is good access to a spectacular coast line. We had a super meal out on our last night at ´l’Astrolabe’ in Quemper Guezenec too, which is very close to Yvias. We would like to wish the hosts all the best possible for their future endeavours. Gerard and Claudine are delightful hosts. Nothing is too much trouble. The house is great and has every amenity. The garden is spectacular and together with the BBQ makes for lovely evenings. The house is close to the beautiful resort of Binic with it range of restaurants and bars. We recommend the fish restaurant close to the harbour wall. Overall the nicest Gite we have stayed in over 5 years of coming to France. We thoroughly loved our stay and wholeheartedly recommend it to you.

We like the area, very relaxing and lots of things to do for a family. The property is a great base, simple , good WiFi, Netflix and modern.

We had a lovely stay here at the end of August with our two children (9 and 11) and would thoroughly recommend it. The house is beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean with a very pretty garden. The outside dining room was lovely and meant we could sit 'outside' in the evenings even when it was windy and cooling down. Just a few minutes drive away there is a little beach with lots of rockpools for the children to explore. Pordic is a great base with plenty of bakers to choose from, a tourist office and a couple of restaurants. St Malo, Dinan and the Cote de Granite Rose are great day trips about an hour's drive away. Isle de Brehat is very close and a must see. It is beautiful. The seaside resort of Binic is a 10 minute drive and has a lovely sandy beach, swimming area and plenty of restaurants.

We were warmly welcomed by Anne to our holiday home. We were there just for three nights, but we're still given five star treatment. The gite was extremely tastefully decorated and yet still had a cosy feel to it. The log fire was much appreciated in the evening. The bed was king size and very comfortable. We have visited this part of France many times, yet still found new places to visit every day. My wife and I try to stay somewhere different each time, but we would certainly consider returning to Anne's gite for a longer stay. Genuinely a five star holiday for us. Mike and Gill Harris.
