Ellecourt holiday lettings

It was a beautiful property but better suited to younger people as the climb to bedroom was too difficult for eighty year olds.

A spacious and eclectically furnished property with a beautiful rambling garden, with an extremely welcoming host. Just a shame we had to come home !

We stayed for 1 night on our way to Limoges with our dog. The house is very comfortable and clean and we will definitely stay again.

Fantastic facilities - the indoor pool is a good size, but there is so much more to do (pool, air hockey, babyfoot indoors and trampoline etc outdoors). Secluded but near to small town, and forests / beaches / châteaux not far away too.

Plenty to see and do - car essential. Lovely property and grounds. Great walks for those with a dog. Shops close enough (15 mins by car). WWII sites to visit if you are so inclined. Paris 2 hours away by car ( less by train). We spent one week visiting historical sites and one week relaxing. Owner quick to respond to requests. Accommodation fully equipped for home cooking - didn’t go to any local restaurants/bistro’s etc. as our kids are fussy eaters.

A compact gite with all you need for a relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings. Patrick and Odette were very helpful and on hand during our stay. Perfect for couples. Ideally located for our needs to attend a party in a nearby village.
