Holiday rentals near Lac de Carces

Stayed for a week in this house and wished we’d stayed longer. The house is definitely the best holiday home I’ve rented for lots of reasons: the immaculately kept grounds and swimming pool; the comfortable beds and bedrooms; the brilliantly equipped kitchen; the fabulous outdoor eating area and the most amazing, gorgeous views. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at this property – it’s set in a truly beautiful location with stunning views and a real sense of peace and privacy. The house itself was spotlessly clean, very well equipped, and thoughtfully laid out with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break.The facilities were excellent – from the kitchen and cosy living spaces to the outdoor seating areas (x3!) which were perfect for enjoying the surroundings. Everything was well maintained and clearly cared for.It’s also ideally situated just a short drive to Cotignac, a charming village with several great restaurants, cafés, and local shops. We loved being able to pop out for a nice meal without having to go far.Overall, a perfect balance of countryside charm and convenience. We’d absolutely recommend it and would love to return!

As it was our 3rd stay in this fantastic house, all I can do is repeat myself, super house, terraces and pool beautiful, perfect for a group of friends to spend a great time. Secluded but close to all amenities, I have no idea what I could criticise. We will come back!

Cotignac is picturesque. The area has so many activities. There are many other villages with market days and good vineyards to visit near by. The villa has everything needed for a fun holiday, adults and children alike. The pool is very good and there is foosball , pool table, table tennis and boules. The hosts Thi and Stephane were more than helpful even dropping off some pancakes and waffles.

Beautiful setting and thoughtfully kitted out house. Garden area lovely. Easy to get to numerous places of interest and beaches.

Brilliant villa

We had a fantastic two weeks in the house. When we arrived, we received a warm welcome and the information pack in the house had plenty of tips for where to visit in the area. Communication with the owners was very easy and they replied to our messages quickly. The house itself is well appointed and we felt instantly at home. It is a short drive from the local town and other villages, in which, we could find all of the essentials for our stay. We spent a few days touring the sights and towns in the area and lots of time relaxing by the fabulous pool. We spent our evenings curled up in the cosy living room. Our kids particularly enjoyed having so much space both inside and out. I thoroughly recommend the house as a place to escape to.

The house was exactly as promised, large secure garden was ideal. Holiday exceeded our expectations. Francois was most welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended and would definitely like to return.
