Holiday rentals near La Vela

Myself and my mum had a fantastic time staying here. The accommodation is perfectly equipped with all things you would imagine and much more! From a shopping trolley, to all the kitchen utensils you could need in the very modern kitchen, to helpful toiletries. The air-conditioning is fantastic and both bedrooms have large comfortable beds – the place was plenty big enough for just two of us and would easily accommodate two couples comfortably.The place has a gorgeous beachside vibe, and the location is brilliant – less than five minutes to the train or the bus stop, less than five minutes to the beach, and set one street back from a fantastic High Street with a local butcher, fishmonger, cheese shop, convenience store, grocers, bakery. The street is extremely peaceful and we heard no noise at night.Plenty of nice restaurants and bars nearby and a great base for exploring the coastline as the train and bus connections are fantastic. We also found the E bike stations around the corner super helpful for a 30 minute cycle along the seafront into Nice. Our host was extremely kind, helpful and communicative – she left a lot of nice touches in the fridge to welcome us and was also extremely helpful storing our bags on our final day when we had a very late flight back home in the evening. Thank you!! wouldn’t hesitate to return.

We have first visited this outstanding place back in 2016 as a couple, and this year we went back together with our son :)! It is way more beautiful than the pictures can capture it! It has luxury, privacy, comfort, convenience and security. And the best of all are the host, Yung and Bernard who are welcoming, kind, and hospitable! This is the only holiday place we have been twice and it will not be the last! :) S,F&A

Villa Jasmine is an exceptional property. It is beautifully furnished and equipped with stunning views over Nice. Luxurious is how we described it to our friends and family. The villa is on an exclusive gated complex with a huge pool. There is a boulangerie and small supermarket 10 minutes away and larger supermarkets 15 minutes by car. Uber was especially useful and very cheap. The hosts, Malin and Jonas are exceptional.

We had a lovely stay at this property. The communication with Naomi and David was great. The apartment layout and design is well thought out and equipped, with absolutely everything you could possibly need, the quietest aircon, and the bed was definitely the most comfortable we’ve ever had. The location is great for a relaxing break, the train station is directly down the steps below, and there are some great bakeries and small supermarkets up the hill above. We will certainly be booking this apartment again!

The property is in a beautiful location, with amazing views and an exceptional infinity pool. Bernard and Yung were so welcoming, kind and helpful. They invited us for drinks and nibbles to introduce us to the couple staying in the bungalow which was a lovely gesture! The pool was amazing and one of the nicest I have ever been in. The apartment is underneath the main house but is still very private and has 2 private terrace areas with amazing views where we enjoyed sitting and eating and looking out across the bay. The apartment has everything you need for your stay. There were some mosquitoes due to the lush vegetation so we took repellant and citronella burners which helped, but you have to expect this with such beautiful and exotic surroundings. We had a wonderful relaxing stay and would definitely return. Our thanks to Bernard and Yung for making our stay so enjoyable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Nice in the lovely apartment, which was well equipped and had very comfortable beds. The air conditioning was invaluable in the very hot weather. The location of the property was super, so close to the daily markets, the sea, the promenade, the tram, trains and buses, The only thing we won’t miss is the 3 flights of stairs, but they will have done us good ! Thank you !
