Holiday rentals near Spiel- und Sportarena

The property was immaculatly presented as always. This is the second time we have stayed at this house and we love everything about it . The host Holly was easy to contact and we got very prompt replies with any queries we had. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone thinking about staying in the area.

Brilliant

Stayed over Christmas 2024. Upon arrival at the property, we were amazed that the lights had already been turned on, the heating was on, and the house was beautifully Christmas decorated. Very spacious ground floor apartment, with 2 good sized bedrooms. Open plan lounge, diner and kitchen with all that was needed for our stay. We had a small difficulty getting the oven hob to work, but Irene ( the owner,) and her son quickly got it working for us. Irene kept checking with us by text that everything was alright, and to let her know of any other difficulties. The personal attention was superb. It is a lovely apartment, spotlessly clean, and very well furnished. We will book there again. Highly recommended.

A great stay with lovely hosts. It was a pleasure to stay there. We had a child with us who was upset with our previous holiday being away from home. On this holiday he was disappointed to leave.

There's not a single negative thing we can say about our stay. The place was absolutely spotless and had everything we needed. We even forgot to bring some towels and Pauline was over in just a few minutes to lend us some, which was so kind of her. The flat itself is in a great location, just a short walk to the pier and town, and with plenty of parking too. Would happily stay here again!

This is our second vacation in this apartment, 16days of home from home. Everything you need, great location. Convenient for shops, pub and beach. Definitely booking again

A comfortable apartment in a great location in central Lytham. Although it is in a shopping street there were no issues with noise or any other disturbance and we enjoyed having meals at the bay window looking down at the street scene.

The hosts were always friendly and helpful and the property was clean and well-kept in a peaceful and relaxing location. Thank you for our stay.
