Gorgeous villa in a great location

Myself and two friends had a wonderful week in this gorgeous villa literally 2 yards from the sea! It has a fantastic verandah on the first floor with a beautiful view of the beach, the sea, the nearby village, and the surrounding hills. There are two good sized bedrooms, and spacious kitchen/dining/lounge areas. Our host Dimitrios and his sister Eleni were so friendly and helpful and were always quick to answer any questions we had. I thoroughly recommend this jewel of a villa in such a fab location.

Great property if you need to relax and get away from it all

We stayed in Artimis which I think is the nicer position of the two luxury apartments on the ground floor. The garden and pool area are lovely with the towering hills giving you a sense of ancient timelessness. Kerveli is remote and you need a car and be comfortable driving on narrow mountain roads with a couple of hairpin bends. You have access to all the facilities of the Kervili Village Hotel this is up the hill from the Apartment about kilometre the last part steeply up hill. It has a nice pool & bar and table tennis etc. The dive centre is down a very steep path. Snorkelling is good as the bay is protected by the hills, there is a traditional taverna on the beach which is shingle but goes to sand a couple of metres into the waves. The apartment is well equipped with a large fridge freezer full electric cooker and washing machine. There are quality patio doors with fly screens and shutters. Both bedrooms have a small balcony for two and a larger balcony for alfresco meals overlooking the lovely garden. If you keen on cycling you can hire mountain bikes for a 8 Euros a day. But there is stiff climb to the top of the valley but some good off-road downhills back to the apartment or to the lovely sandy beach of Psili Amos. If you cannot bear to switch off your devices the WiFi is good and bring your favourite box set for the DVD. Overall I would recommend the property, it is good value for what you get we had a lovely peaceful week in October 2018 23C all week 😎

Perfect holidays

We spent 10 days at Mouzakis Villas enjoying both the Red and Yellow ones. Both properties are placed at beautiful part of Samos island, very quiet and with stoning view to the Aegean see. They are well furnished, clean and practical. The private pools at both villas are kept clean and exposed to the sun the whole day. More to that, the owner is ready to help at any time not only in relation to your accommodation but is a great guide for the whole stay on the island. It became our top destination for next holiday! Amazing property, beautifully decorated, spotless and very well equipped.

We received an extremely warm welcome from Asanasios and Vicky who were waiting for us when we arrived. They presented us with some lovely local sweet wine and delicious tapas. The apartment was beautiful and the situation idyllic, only a minutes walk from the beach. Psilly Ammos was a beautiful small village with a few tavernas and a mini market. Really good but simple food at Psilly Amos taverna. If possible, I will definitely return, a beautiful island and apartment and lovely hosts who did everything they could for you to ensure the perfect holiday.

Absolutely delightful

We loved it here! It was a lovely village house in a genuine, non-tourist village with all the noises, smells and cacophony that you get in everyday life - including the neighbour giving us fresh eggs from her hens. The house, Kipo, is just gorgeous for a holiday with a wonderful garden and plenty of outdoor spaces to eat, or just sit and relax, or read and have coffee. The beds are comfortable; the ensuite is adequate for two people and the main bathroom is spacious; the kitchen is well-equipped with some thoughtful snacks, plus tea and coffee to get you started; and the WiFi is excellent. It may be slightly impractical in colder months if you wanted to eat inside as the kitchen is downstairs (with two adjoining bedrooms) and the inside dining area upstairs. We didn't use this at all for meals while we were there, as it was mid-to-late September and we had our meals outdoors. Geraldine was great to deal with via email, and George her caretaker/manager was really helpful and friendly and ready to assist with anything if required. Our one tip: make sure you have a car or scooter. Hora is just a bit out of the way to be relying on public transport or walking everywhere. And, if it's a car, make sure it's a small one because the drive to the parking space for the house predates cars as the normal mode of transport!
