Holiday rentals near Develíki Beach

It was perfect for what we needed. A secluded retreat for 2 weeks, nice place and people. We had everithing we need at the house.To be planned in advance, shoping by car only in places around. Excellent communication and relation with Myrto and her husband. Highly recommendable.

The villa is in a quiet and secluded location, right by the sea, meaning you can go to sleep listening to the sound of the waves and have your breakfast watching the sun rise over Mount Athos. The nearest town, Pyrgadikia, is a couple of miles away, so a car would be advisable. Agapitos, the owner, met us in person and was extremely friendly and helpful showing us round the house and recommending the best restaurants in the area. As we were staying for two weeks, he even organised for the pool to be cleaned while we were there. There are a couple of beaches a few minutes walk away and plenty more if you jump in the car. Although with a pool overlooking the sea (as well as steps down to the bay), you might well prefer to stay and relax! Overall, I would not hesitate to return in the future. Beautiful villa with stunning sea views, garden areas and private beach. Matched fully the description on the website. Owner Andreas met us on arrival and made us feel very welcome. Our host/contact Elena was available all the time with advice. Also warmly recommend Dino water sports in Nea Roda, lots of opportunities for the kids and adults.

We were well looked after by our hosts who checked we were happily installed, with everything we needed, and were available if we had any questions, but were never intrusive. The house was excellent, clean, with plenty of space. The pool was outstanding. The beach is also close by
