Holiday rentals near Monastery of Galataki

Fantastic villa, large enough that a party of 16 never felt on top of each other. Plenty of space with lots of communal areas. The games room downstairs was great! The access to the sea was beautiful, we had 3 children under 8 who managed the stairs however access in and out the sea was more suited for adults. Pool area was fantastic and lots of inflatables left over from previous guests. The outdoor area is well looked after with lots of olive and fruit trees around.Large kitchen well stocked with utensils. Great communication with Nikolas who was always available with any questions we had including setting up the tv for some members of the party to watch the English football! 10 minute walk in to town where there are lots of restaurants. The locals were incredibly friendly and welcoming, even giving us a lift up the road in a thunderstorm. We were definitely the only British people around, lots of Greeks enjoying their summer holidays too. Will definitely return

It’s our third time in this villa. Wonderfully remote but still accessible to all you need. A great pool, all facilities you could want, good and reliable air con. The perfect villa for a family of 3 or 4. We had five in it and that was fine too - but it meant 3 kids sharing. I suspect we will return.

It’s in a remote setting but tbis means you are in tranquility and peace. The property was clean, well equipped with lovely views from all floors. Photos are spot on, the pool is aweoeme the beach is a short (but steep!) walk away, a lovely place to relax ans enjoy some peaceful time

Peaceful and very private. Sun all day for those who want it, plenty of shade for those who don’t. One of the best Villa vistas we have experienced topped off with fantastic sunsets each evening to be enjoyed from the balcony. Well equipped Villa with everything you need. Highly recommended.

I have never felt so at peace as you do at this stunning property. The views are amazing, the grounds are beautiful and house one of the best we have stayed in. The kayaks also made a wonderful addition to the house with the beach being so close. Kostas was very kind and knowledgeable, we loved the olive oil that he brought us. Everything is exactly as the description online. The only thing we would have changed about our holiday would have been to have an automatic car to cope with the many bends to get there.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa which was aptly named ‘Fariytale’. The view was really fantastic and possibly the best we have ever seen with stunning sunsets in the evening. The house is decorated to a good standard and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The pool was perfect and completely private with no properties to overlook you. Local taverners were excellent and there is even a little supermarket not far in the village. If you don’t mind a drive there are beaches close and more tavernas. All in all it was ideal for us and our family although it may not suit small children. If I was going to offer any other feedback it would just be to say a parasol or two would have been helpful. There is a large beautiful tree that gives plenty of shade but occasionally it would have been nice to sit elsewhere in the grounds but that would be the only thing. Other than that is was a fabulous place to stay.

Very nice and quiet place close to the sea. The house is well equipped with anything you need in both apartments. We had a problem with one of the A/C. This was solved as soon as possible. Thank you Dimitra for our enjoyable stay in your house!

We were a family group of 11 adults and teenagers staying at this lovely villa. The beaches and restaurants were only a short walk away and we swam in the sea every morning and evening. We had fabulous seafood out and at the house using the great outdoor kitchen. The pool at the villa was lovely and the house was very comfortable for us all. We had a great time and would recommend.
