Stunning location - they helped us hire a golf buggy which we needed to get around - immaculate house. We loved our stay!

Oceanwaves is an absolute gem. The house itself is in a great location overlooking the sea with amazing views. There is everything you will need in this house to enjoy some total rest and relaxation as it is very well equipped in all areas including the kitchen and outside areas. The beach is a short stroll away and you can walk on the beach for a long time without seeing many people if anyone at all. There are several restaurants nearby that serve good food and lovely cocktails if you don't feel like cooking ! We had an amazing time at Oceanwaves and cannot praise the host Lachelle enough for her communication and positive vibes. Nothing was too much trouble and we would thoroughly recommend this house and host to anyone looking for a fantastic venue for a relaxing vacation in idyllic surroundings.

House is very spacious and lots of natural light. The master bedroom's bed is extremely comfortable. However, the A/C in that particular room does not cool as well as the other bedrooms (and the humidity is oddly higher in that bedroom). Not unbearable in early May but I'm not sure that we'd have been very happy with it during the peak of summer. The kitchen and bathrooms are large and spacious. Washer and dryer worked well the couple of times we used them. Extras such as the kiyaks were neat. Just be mindful that they're kinda heavy so you'll need two people to get them down to the water. The water is beautiful and exploring the rocky shoreline was a fun adventure.

What a wonderful island and a fabulous house! The house was even better than expected. Very spacious and located on the most beautiful beach on Spanish Wells. The kitchen was complete with everything we needed and the bedrooms were very comfortable. Fabulous deck to sit out in the morning and drink our coffee. Easy communication with Candida made our stay even better. Would love to return!

My Wife and I had 3 nights here at the end of 10 days on Eleuthera. It was a great way to finish a wonderful holiday. This house is a bit dated and slightly tired but it is well equipped and very clean, and to be honest the location is so special that nothing else matters much!!

Sea Shanty is a wonderful escape from reality. Situated a mere 5 min walk from some of the best beaches I’ve ever experienced. We walked miles each day and only saw a handful of people. The rental has everything you need and Jethro was very welcoming. My highlights would be: Sunrise yoga on the lower terrace Having my morning cup of tea on the upper terrace Using the jungle cut-through to go walking on the beach Afternoon pina coladas by the pool (the rental has a blender) Afternoon napping on the hammock We most definitely will be back!
