Mousehole houses

Check in was super easy you had all you needed upon arrive along with host recommendations personalised to you before your arrived. All the facilities you need to cook a nice meal and relax at the end of your beach days. WiFi and available parking quaint little town and lovely people had a handful of quality restaurants on the quay side that really helped you to get the full Cornish experience! We are eager to return! This property is a must stay… well thought out and quality throughout!

A quant English town with wonderful people and pubs! Great get away!

We genuinely felt like Pilot’s Cottage had been designed for us - in fact within an hour of being there we both said in harmony that if it ever came up for sale we’d want to buy it exactly as it is, leave everything for us!The perfect location for some joyous quiet days in and around Mousehole, but equally perfect for a trip to Sennen and The Minack. We loved how quaint, quiet, and comfortable the cottage was, it was such a joy and so well equipped and immaculate. We cannot wait to come back, this was the first but will definitely not be the last visit to this beautiful little safe haven.

We have stayed over long weekend in Mousehole Cottage and we loved it. Unlike many rental properties, this feels very homely. Cottage was easy to access, very clean and well equipped. It has nice space outside and lovely views. Location of the cottage is really good, 1 min walk to harbour or rock pools, shops, restaurants, galleries. Mousehole is a very charming little village. Would love to come back here for another holiday and would highly recommend booking Mousehole Cottage.

Wonderful property, with everything you could wish for and more. Great base to explore but also stay and relax, a real home from home. Great football pitch which made three boys very happy and access to the wonderful pool for a refreshing dip. Very clean with a well equipped kitchen but also with pubs and restaurant in walking distance if cooking is not your thing. Can’t wait to return.

The cottage was lovely, beautifully furnushed & kitted out, clean and very comfortable. Great location for walking from the front door. Also The Old Coastguard & No 2 Fish Restaurant were close by & very good. Best of all was The Ship Inn, just for drinks & atmosphere. Would definitely hope to return to 2 Chapel Place, all 6 of us loved it.

We really love the location and the spaciousness of the property. There is also a very useful supply of kitchen utensils and household consumables. Will book for next year without hesitation.

We enjoyed staying in this stunning cottage which was set in the heart of Mousehole. Set over 3 floors, there was plenty of room for the 4 of us (2 adults and 2 teenagers). The weather wasn't perfect so we spent a few evenings around the kitchen table playing games (lots provided!) Or comfortably settled in on the sofa. The bedrooms are a good size and the bathroom was new looking with a great shower and bath. All mod cons in the kitchen. Only downside was no washing machine. Mousehole itself is a perfect location and is a lovely little community. So close to many great beaches for surfing and fab beach walks. Would highly recommend Mermaid Cottage as a place to stay and we hope to visit again!
