Flookburgh houses

Well equipped, clean and comfortable. Amazing views across the quarry from the terraces. Lots of bird and fish spotting!Plenty of space inside and out for us 6 adults.

we stayed as a family group of 8 adults to celebrate a birthday. Great location with plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby and handy for walking

Thank you Chris for a lovely stay at Garth Cottage. Heating great, beds comfortable and everything spotless. Although we only had three nights we were able to do quite a lot of walking a round the area and visit historic Coniston because of the easy access from Garth Cottage.

River Barn is in a beautiful location, we enjoyed a lovely week in the sunshine there. The property is furnished and equipped to a high standard with everything you need for a totally relaxed stay. Communication was excellent and Otto responded quickly to any queries we had. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We booked this property for family and close friends to stay in during the weekend of our daughter's wedding. The house has been renovated to a lovely standard with comfortable and practical living space downstairs, the kitchen is beautiful and practical, with everything you need. The bedrooms were very comfortable and bathrooms had great showers. There was plenty space for the 10 of us to get wedding ready. It is mainly on street parking but this was on a street the other side of the school. We did put one car in the rear parking but it is tricky to get in and out of. Other reviews say the area is run down, yes this is true but if more owners invest in property like this, it will improve. With Eden project on the horizon this can only help Morecambe improve. With the prom and loads of walks nearby its a great place to stay.

The property is very clean comfortable and well equipped. The bed and sofa are very comfortable. The owner is very approachable and helpful if you have any problems (which we didn't) but not intrusive. There are lots of things to do within an easy drive of the property. We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay and would defiantly go back again.
