This little Coach House was ideally situated for exploring this area of the Cotswolds.Everything neat and tidy, the owners were very helpful and the kitchen was more than adequate for our short stay. We'll stay here again.

From the moment we set foot in the door, the house felt like home, very clean, modern house. The location was perfect, surrounded by stunning countryside & green fields, it was so peaceful it was exactly as described and exactly what we needed. Would strongly recommend for anyone wanting to get away and enjoy the amazing british countryside in spitting distance of Royal Leammington Spa. The property manager Kate did everything to ensure our stay was perfect - thank you!

We had such a lovely time staying in the shepherd’s hut. It is a private piece of woodland tucked away moments from the owners’ home. The hut itself is spotlessly clean, well designed and equipped with everything we needed. There is a big outdoor space with a fire pit and hammock which we enjoyed. If you are looking for somewhere with a difference to stay, this place is for you. Lovely owners and the little treats made our stay even more special!

To start, the cottage is in a lovely quiet village with friendly people, an excellent restaurant and well supplied shop.The cottage was clean with everything we needed. Such comfortable beds! It felt like a home from home and the host was very helpful in answering pre arrival questions promptly. We're planning on returning in the Autumn.

We were a party of three adults. We were staying primarily to visit the theatre. The property is close to the theatre and shops and was perfect for our needs.Would definitely recommend and woukd definitely go back if returning to the srea

Beautiful canal side location with a lovely tow path walk to Stratford. Blissfully private and quiet. Superbly presented property and terrific value for money.

After an initial issue in gaining access as code for door entry hadn't been activated and the emergency number didn't extend for assistance after 5.0pm, arriving at 8.30pm we would have been stumped without getting help from a neighbour opposite who thankfully had the owners personal number which on contacting the door access code was set within 15minutes. Our stay was very good after this initial hiccup and we would stay at the property again.
