This wonderful accommodation is a great starting point for your Goa trip, conveniently located near fantastic local restaurants, bars, the beach, and the airport. Hema, the landlady, is exceptional; she's articulate and provides wonderful information about the area.

From the moment we met Sandra and her brother Ivan we were made to feel so welcome. They showed us round the place and explained everything to us. The highlight for us was the view from the balcony and looking out over the water meadows. We viewed many kingfishers and numerous other birds, also the water buffalo. Spent many a morning watching the sunrise aswell. We loved being in the residential area and saying hello to our neighbours as we walked out each day. 15 minutes walk to the town or 25 minutes to the beach and many tuk tuks available if we needed. The beach was beautiful and clean with fine golden sand, our favourite beach was Sernabatim with the lovely beach taverna White Crab. Evenings were fun, either spent in the town or on the beaches. We had the most wonderful stay and it was lovely getting to know Sandra and her son, certainly made the perfect holiday for us. A big thankyou!

This is a big house; 3 double bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. Lots of different rooms downstairs, both inside & out. Good useful space for relaxing both inside & outside. Well equipped kitchen although there is a microwave but no oven. Washing machine is locked away so only maid can use which was odd to us as western Europeans. Very handy for walking to beach & off main road so fairly quiet

Fully equiped ie; cooking faciities, fridge, washing machine etc. The property was tastefullly furnished/decorated. The swimming pool was regularly cleaned and gardens maintained.
