Rossnowlagh Beach Waves Lodge

Very impressed with the amenities and location of the property. Check in was straightforward and we had all the information we needed for the local area. We received a lovely welcome basket and had everything needed for a short stay. Would highly recommend this property as a peaceful getaway yet within easy travel of entertainment for all the family. Property was spotless and had everything to hand to make it a comfortable stay. Will definitely be returning!

Excellent property, very enjoyable stay.

8 adults in our group who all enjoyed staying at Hilltown. Very clean and tidy, spacious with large dinning space, nice sittingroom and very comfortable double/king sized beds. Ideal for families with children who can sleep in the room with 2 bunkbeds though that was a bit more challenging for our older group of adults getting up to the top bunks! Jennifer was very helpful on arrival and was nearby and contactable for any issues. We would all recommend Hilltown as a great base for exploring County Donegal and Donegal town has good eating and is not far away. Only thing to note for future visitors is that 3 of the bedrooms dont have curtains or blinds so any light sleepers may wish to bring sleeping masks, particularly in the height of summer. Thank you for the use of your lovely house.

Tennis anyone?

We were so fortunate to have had the best stretch of weather...according to the locals...EVER in Donegal County. That being said, even if we did not, the property lends itself to enough space to stretch out in the event the weather turns. Our only downfall was that the weather was so good that we only used the fabulous pizza oven once as we were out on adventures for most days. The location of Smugglers Creek Inn just added to our stay for some of the long days where the driver (also being the chef and mother of the crew) was too tired to pull together a meal. The food was delicious and we all declared it the best pour of Guinness around. We look forward to another gathering soon!

Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house. It is in a Great location just 5 minutes from Donegal town. The house is well equipped with everything you need, perfect for large gatherings and Sian was more than helpful. Would highly recommend.
