Holiday rentals near Sant Elmo Beach

A Beautiful villa , close to the beach and 30 minutes walk to the near village, 10 minutes walk to the shop and restaurant.We had a such a great time, very safe , beautiful and handy location . Definitely recommend to everyone! Amazing host, from warm welcome to showing as everything around , very helpful !

We loved everything about this property from the fantastic location ,outside space , pool and sea view. It is one of the best properties we have stayed in and the hosts could not have been more welcoming and helpful . You would not be disappointed and we will definitely be back .

My husband and I stayed in Mario's house for a week in May. We loved it! The house was very clean and well furnished, including laundry facilities. It appeared that the house had recently been refurbished. The bed was comfortable. Be aware that there are 40+ steps from the car parking level to the house. Mario left us a guide describing local and regional markets and tourist attractions. Costa Rei and the surrounding areas have beautiful beaches.

We had a great time, the house is fantastic and suited our family perfectly. We have a 1 yr old and 4 yr old. Bedrooms great, main bedroom has air conditioning as does lounge and kitchen area. Raised section above kids bedroom had lot's of books and toys to use, nice to have separate area for playing. The view from the terrace was brilliant as was the garden. The garden is well looked after and has lots of bits to use to keep kids entertainmed in the garden and on the beach. The beauty was the wonderful sandy beach and crystal clear warm waters. We would definitely like to return and thank Davide for his prompt and clear communication and for welcoming us to his family home and for leaving snacks, milk and wine, much appreciated.

We had a great time staying in Costa Rei. The house was basic, clean and functional and suited our needs for a good 'base'. The owner, Elena, was very friendly and welcoming and provided us with some great local information.

Thank you for the most wonderful stay! The house was perfect for our group of 4 adults and child. We spent so much time relaxing on the outdoor seating while my son ran around on the huge lawn. The sunset every night was spectacular! You cannot get a better location in Villasimius. We have stayed in the area a couple of times and this is definitely the best spot. There are 3 private beaches within short walking distance from the house which we loved and also jumping into to the water in front of the house. It is only a short drive from all the other beaches and the town. We cooked lots of meals in the well equipped kitchen. There is nothing missing in this house. The host was very quick and helpful with communication and was flexible with check in and check out (especially when we arrived 3 hrs later than expected). He also provided us with a baby cot at last minute. Thank you again for such a relaxing holiday!!
