This was our second visit to the Yellow House which says it all.

Veronica was a very kind host. The property is one of the finest we have stayed at in Italy. As per other visitors comments, the roads are narrow, a car the size of a Golf is an ideal size. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, plenty of lounge space and terraces outside. It is situated is what could only be described as a large park, the landscaping is massive. Very rural location, you will have to drive for any facilities. Recommended if you want a quiet holiday.

A lovely apartment, so very well equipped, comfortable bed, we’ll definitely be back! Simona couldn’t not have been easier to deal with, we had a lively time.

Terrazza Paradiso was perfect. So close to restaurants and shops but away from the main tourist streets. Our host Rosalba was great - helpful and available without being intrusive. Apartment was clean and well equipped with very comfortable beds. Sofas not so comfortable! Spent 2 weeks there with different family members, terrace great for sitting and socialising.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful location! The house is great, our young girls had great fun the pool. Beatrice and her family are very generous hosts and were on hand to help with any requests we had. A very special holiday, we look forward to staying again.

We're a family of 4. We have teenagers. We're British....but don't click away just yet. And we've travelled a bit over this planet. I've always said we'd never got back anywhere. Never. The world is too big. There's always a different corner. The familiar business of 'we must come back' written by a guest in cheap biro in a dusty dog eared visitors' book never rang true. I'll tell you what though; we'd love to come back to Il 2. Seriously. It is that good. Come here. See the sun set over these hills behind Orvieto and tell your grand kids. Taste the wine from the estate and boast about it at the pub. Kick back and relax by the pool and just let time run slowly. The house and the grounds allow stresses to drain away. Read this in November. It's dark at 5:00pm. It's cold. It's Sunday. You're watching Antiques Roadshow. Now think of a place where sun, sky and rolling hills merge. After a busy few weeks we arrived for a stay here. The property and the surroundings are fuel for the soul. It is such a peaceful place to stay and then so close to major attractions: Assisi, Perugia and Orvieto as well as the small villages around. The best part are the owners Franco and Bozena. They are so warm and welcoming. They run evenings three times a week and cook for guests if you want to join in. All accompanied by their wine and produce from the garden. Come and stay!
