We booked flat # 11 but given flat #45, it was not cleaned and ready on time. The facilities were not complete; we had to struggle to get internet connectivity. The AC is poor. The TV does not have Netflix or the Dstv is good. Furnitures are not to standard. No wine opener.
No reminder, no follow up from the owners. They actually contemplated to say they do not know about the booking but we shared the booking reference and insisted. The car parking assigned to the room was occupied by another vehicle, we were told to park on somebody’s parking lot. In general, it was terrible. I had been in wild olive for third time, this experience was woeful.
