Alkimos rentals with pool

The apartment we stayed at in Mindarie was in an excellent location and had everything we needed for our stay. The host had left us a lovely welcome pack on our arrival and a full range of toiletries. All the amenites were within easy walking distance and the beach was only minutes away. I would recommend the property to anyone who is looking for a relaxing holiday with easy access to the surrounding areas. The host Jordan was very friendly and on the day we were leaving he told us there was no rush to vacate the apartment as there was nobody booked in the following day, which was a nice gesture as we were on a late night flight.

Would recommend this property the only thing which I would say is that a couple of sunbeds round the pool would have been great. Apart from the comment everything else was perfect

Perfect place for visiting my family. This is and was a lush house to stay in , very impressed with the size more than big enough for us 6 adults . Very quite at night and peacefully throughout the day . Will definitely recommend and will be returning.

Lovely spacious bright & clean house. Great outdoor area. Host very helpful when we needed anything. Lovely welcome pack on our arrival. Located in a nice residential area. Beach & shops a short drive away. Would definitely stay here again.

Apartment was perfect. Every need was provided. Location great but you would need a car for getting places. Would definitely recommend for a couple.

Just got back to the UK afyer staying for just over 3 weeks. The property is huge and is a beautiful old style home. The outdoor area is vast with an amazing pool and various seatung arras to enjoy with the family. Both the hosts were extremely welcoming and even decorated for Christmas prior to our arrival and left the nost thoughtful welcome hamper and cheeseboard. Any time we needed to communicate they were quick at responding and very helpful.The location is out if this world with so much natural beauty, bars and restaurants within a short walking distance.Would definitely recommend as a place to book and enjoy with familyBoth th

Ronald was a fabulous host. Super helpful and made our stay perfect. A great location to see north Perth. 10 min walk to the most amazing stretch of coast and then another 10 mins to Lunas cafe which was yum!! Easy access to surrounding areas by car. Safe and secure area with everything that you need. Nice bbq and the pool area was incredible. We enjoyed our stay so much we’ll definitely be back. Thank you Ronald for always being so helpful and for the fab welcome hamper.
