Agios Gordios rentals with pool

We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more! Alex was the perfect host, super friendly and super helpful with recommendations across the island for us to explore. Fundana Villas was the ideal place for us, located in the most beautiful surroundings and very easy to travel around the island on the motorbike he arranged for us to hire. We stayed for 10 days and on the second day myself and my partner already knew we would 100% visit again and recommend to our friends and family. On two nights of our stay, Alex’s mother prepared an absolutely amazing and traditional Greek dinner which I would highly recommend. Thank you so much Alex for making our stay so perfect!

Very clean well presented accommodation in the amazing location of Agios Gordios, highly recommend! The host was wonderful and had great communication. The studio itself is great for 2 adults and could happily fit two younger children on the sofa beds although this may feel a little cramped if they needed their own space. We had everything we needed to make some basic dishes for dinners, although a chopping board would have been good for preparing food. The pool is fab, super deep so not ideal for children who can’t swim so bring floats or armbands. There is a slight smell outside especially when hot, it didn’t bother us much. We’d also suggest stocking up on mosquito sprays and plug in as we got bitten a lot on the first night. If you are a sun seeker then note that this part of the studio complex doesn’t get much sun in the afternoon but head up to the bar area or down to the gorgeous beach for this, the sunsets at Agios Gordios are amazing. There are lots of lovely restaurants along the seafront, i’d recommend booking if wanting to eat during sunset. I’d also recommend stopping at a bigger supermarket before arrival as the shops in town are expensive. This is a great space for relaxing or exploring the north of the island, we’d recommend Sidari, Kassiopi, Porto Timoni and hiring a boat for a day. We had such a lovely stay in this perfect cottage for two. We also loved having are own outdoor space with a bbq, pool and sun loungers. The beach we liked to use was literally down the lane from the cottage, the sea was so beautiful. Dinos was a great host helping with our first supermarket shop and lots of restaurant recommendations. Thank you!

I was staying here initially with a friend after we had done a yoga retreat elsewhere. We where in room 3, which is perfectly fine for us. Twin beds were plenty big enough for us both, the bathroom was a good size and everything worked as it should. The kitchen area had what it needed, not that we cooked. Vivienne who looked after the rooms was absolutely lovely and helpful, she took time to explain everything to us. The pool area was very clean and well kept as were the toilets near the pool area. There was also an area where perhaps there was a bar, but it had a seated area where we had pizza and looked over the bay. Fabulous. Our husbands turned up and my friends moved to her apartment. My husband unfortunately kept hitting his head on a beam in our room. We spoke to the owner who without hesitation moved us to another room, room 6 (additional cost as it was two beds) which was much bigger and taller. We were very grateful. Again this room was fab, well equipped and had great views over the bay and village. I cannot recommend this apartments enough, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, it was quiet, great views, helpful owners and Vivienne was lovely. The actual village is a 15 walk down hill (bit of a slog coming back up) but there is plenty to do down there, lots of nice restaurants. A lovely two weeks spent at Villa Oleander. The location is very peaceful and off the beaten track and a perfect central location for exploring the island. As mentioned in the villa information a car is a definitely a necessity. The villa was clean, tidy and well equipped and maintained discreetly throughout our stay. Stephen and Shay were the perfect hosts, they completely respected our privacy but were always available if we needed them or had any questions. Before our arrival Shay was very responsive to emails and the information they provided was very extensive and extremely beneficial to our stay. We would definitely recommend hiring a boat to explore the coastline. Spiros boat hire in Barbati was a great recommendation in the villa information guide. We would not hesitate to book this villa again so if you’re considering a booking you will not be disappointed. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

A really lovely 4 days with Dina at her beautiful apartments. We were given a very warm welcome on arrival. The apartments are beautifully clean, well equipped for everything we needed and a very good size. The views from the property are fantastic and only a 5 minute walk into the centre of Agios Gordios. It is to be noted that the building is on the mountainside so there’s a steep slope up to the property but worth the short walk to the top. We would love to return...
