Wonderful villa and location would recommend this highly

We booked this villa for us, our adult children and their partners as it had 3 double bedrooms and three bathrooms plus it was walking distance to everywhere and there was no need for a car. We were not disappointed. The Villa was very well appointed and in a quiet area, the pool a good size and the garden a little oasis. The Villa was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The shopping trolleys were very handy. The table tennis table was a bonus. From booking to check out, Syreeta was an attentive 5* host checking by WhatsApp that we were ok and booking taxis etc. She even provided a paella pan when we asked if one was available. Nothing was too much trouble. When a small maintenance issue was reported it was dealt with immediately. We would love to return to Santionella Villa.

When you are trying to choose somewhere to stay for a holiday there is always a fear that the property will not be as good as the pictures suggest. In this case the property far exceeded our expectations - this villa is a slice of heaven atop a beautiful mountain! Carlos is an excellent host and nothing was too much trouble. Communication at the time of booking, before our arrival and during our stay was immediate and so helpful. The villa is so spacious and welcoming and full of thoughtful touches. We enjoyed fresh morning juice from the orange tree and watched beautiful sunrises and sunsets on the horizon every day. Carlos thoughtfully helped us navigate the winding road up to the villa on our first day (we arrived in the dark) and although it is nerve wracking at first we soon got used to it, although we organised our time to make sure we only descended and ascended once a day. The climb is really worth it for the fantastic views and the seclusion. Carlos explained where we could buy wood and we enjoyed the fire indoors at night. The outside space is top class. We paid to use the spa and it was lovely to have a dip in the pool before using it. There is plenty of seating for dining and relaxing in all the areas. We didn’t use the fire pit but it is a lovely addition to the space. We stayed as two couples and didn’t want to leave! Overall we would thoroughly recommend the villa and would love to return if we can manage to reserve another time.

Fabulously maintained apartment with many additional items in the property. On this occasion we were able to have an early check-in which was very much appreciated. Great location for accessing nice tapas restaurants and bars. Met both the owner and his daughter. Past guests has left tea, coffee and more, again very much appreciated. Book shelf provided many happy hours of reading on the sun terrace which is private. Excellent value of a high standard.

We spent a very happy 10 days at Casa Olivia. The house is extremely well equipped and comfortable but it was the lovely pool, gardens and views that really blew us away. The owners Charles and Joshua were very helpful, quick to answer queries and keen that we enjoyed our stay. Also, Carl who met us and guided us to the property was very welcoming. We would highly recommend Casa Olivia.

Had a great stay in this beautiful apartment.Close to everything. Loved it so much we are going back for a month next year. Reme was there to greet us when we arrived and just at the end of the phone if we needed to know anything . Thank you Reme we had a fabulous time

Gabriel made the check in very simple. Didn't need to contact him too often, but he was there when required. The apartment is modern, clean, well stocked with crockery and utensils and has amazing sea views from the 10th floor. The location of the apartment is perfect for the beach, restaurants and bars, supermarkets and public transport. Maybe an English speaking TV channel would be good, but would in no way put us off staying here again.

We had a wonderful holiday in the Villa Catalina in March 2022. The Villa was spacious, well appointed and extremely clean. Great location, just a short walk to the restaurants & shops. Under floor heating worked a treat on the chilly days. The outside area was large and there were plenty of chairs and loungers for everyone. An excellent villa for a large group. There weren't any real negatives, although it would be useful if the 4 keys had coloured tops/caps to distinguish them to avoid the trial and error each time we returned to the villa, and the glasses and mugs were in a difficult to reach cupboard, Victoria and Aaron at Nerja Paradise Rentals were extremely helpful and responsive to questions and requests before we arrived, and supportive when we had questions during the stay. Would definitely return and would definitely go rent through Nerja Paradise Rentals again.
