Holiday rentals near la cala Fonda

A very enjoyable stay at this beautiful location. The Town House is excellent - very clean, equipped with everything you need, well furnished, and a beautiful private garden. Access also to a very good swimming pool and Tennis Court. My only small criticisms would be that there could have been more moveable umbrellas around the pool for shade. No mirrors in either Bedroom was a bit of a nuisance also. Although there is a washing machine, we were only given one set of towels each which meant you had to keep washing them. There were only two tea towels in the kitchen. Other than that I would thoroughly recommend this Town House.

My husband and two boys (6 and 7 years old) came to stay at the end of August and had SUCH a lovely stay. The house is exactly as advertised - comfortable beds, clean pool, and all the amenities you could ask for. It is modern and bright with beautiful sea views. We went to most of the restaurants on the list of recommendations and thought they were all superb. The beaches were busy at the end of August, but if you go in the AM, you can get a good spot. All in all, a 5 star stay. We would come back. Thank you Sylvia!

Beautiful villa in a stunning location with everything you need for a family holiday. So well equipped for 10 people, even with beach umbrellas, children’s toys, buggy, pool toys etc. The annex is self contained so ideal for teenage children who like to sleep in! Lovely little beach close by. Better to drive there with very small children as the 15 min walk is along the road. We used a car just to take down children and beach bags while others walked and there is plenty of free parking. Excellent communication throughout both with the owner and local agent. Regular visits from grounds staff to keep the pool and jacuzzi in top condition. Highly recommend this villa, undoubtedly the best we have found so far for a family group of varying ages.

Claudia Jane and Miguel are super hosts and made us feel very welcome. Brando,their dog, is also very welcoming and is the biggest and sloppiest dog I have ever met! The accommodation is perfect and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The town is a lovely walk along the seafront with great restaurants. Super beaches close by and easy to walk to from Cala Ratjada.

Very well located in a peaceful area but walking distance from the beach. Property was just as in the photos, perhaps a little bigger than they suggested even. The pool was very well kept and very clean even though it was the end of the season. We will likely return.
