Lovely house, in a perfect position in the town

Great location - easy walk to all bars and restaurants. Great small pool and facilities overall. Very nicely done. Would stay again. only small criticism is that there is only really room for 4 adults round the pool area (2 loungers & 2 deckchairs, and note eating is inside kitchen next to with sliding doors.

We were visiting friends who have a house nearby so location was the critical issue (and was perfect for us). Pollensa is a lovely little town, with an excellent bus service to Puerto Pollensa and Palma, but get a car because there is a lot to see and do around the area. The house had everything we needed and communication with the team was excellent. We didn’t eat so didn’t test those facilities (lots of places to eat and drink in Pollensa and surrounding towns). We will definitely come back.

We loved the location. An easy 25 minute walk into Pollenca town. Easy access by car or bus to Porto Pollenca. But we felt we were away from it all. Garden and pool were delightful. Brilliantly hosted too.

Great location, we definitely made the right choice of location on the island and the house was so easy to stay in. Rosemary, the owner, was really helpful with all her communication being clear, especially the directions from the airport. Check out instructions were clear and easy too! A great stay!

This is a really well finished and equipped property. It is spacious and fantastically located. If you have more than one car then parking on the edges of town is free and only a short walk. Cycling facilities; bike room, tools and clothing storage is an excellent addition. We were in October and the small pool which would be refreshing in summer was just a bit too cold for us. That didn't detract from a fantastic stay. Highly recommended !

Had a wonderful two week holiday in this spacious house a few minutes walk from the main square. Felt really at home in this comfortable traditional house. Easy for parking either on the street or in the free car park opposite. Good supermarket close by and plenty of charming local bars, restaurants and cafes within a short walk. The house is not suitable for people with disabilities due to the two flights of stairs but my elderly 84 year old husband had no problem with them. Beds OK, plenty of hot water and a good washing machine installed. In general it’s well equipped. The dishwasher was no good so gave up using it - it just didn’t work properly. We cleaned the filter but it was still useless. The only other minus for us was lack of English speaking channels on their TV. Fortunately we had taken our DVD player with us. We were greeted by Pep who was very helpful and the bottle of wine was a nice touch. We would certainly go back and can recommend.
