This is a fabulous holiday home, in a great neighbourhood not far from the airport with beach, shopping and a variety of restaurants within easy walking distance. Ubers are plentiful and reasonably priced for going into the city, and the wider road network is easily accessed for exploring the island. The pool area is great and the decked area provides welcome shade. The house is spotlessly clean and has great aircon. Margalida is a really exceptional host and has equipped the house with everything you will need for your stay. We have stayed in many houses all over the world and this is up there with the best.

My husband and I stayed at Michael’s beautiful house for 4 nights. We have travelled a lot across the world renting accommodation and this was one of the most beautiful places we have stayed in. Michael is a great host, responsive and let us check n early after a very early morning flight. It’s clean, quiet and away from the noise but with a decent supermarket within a 5 min drive! Make sure you have a small car though! We would return

If you are looking for an exceptional family villa next to the beach, you have found it. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival by the owners with drinks and delicious food followed by an informative tour of the extensive property. We wanted for nothing during our stay as everything was more than adequately supplied. The children were thrilled with the pool and thoroughly spoilt with the clean beach just across the road, where sand castles galore were built. Villa was very well situated with shops, restaurants and childrens play area just ten minutes walk away. Our grateful thanks to the owners - Bernat and family for making our stay at their beautiful villa a very memorable family holiday and hope to return again one day.

Amazing property completely as described. Literally about 10 metres from the beach. Everything you could possibly need in the property including buckets and spades, hosepipes for washing off sand, books including for children, games and Smart TV in case it rains. Feels like a real family home. Wonderful sunsets, quiet area and 5-10 minutes walk to a buses into Palma town and aquarium. The buses run frequently and only 2 Euro to get into town. 2 minutes walk to a supermarket and lots of good restaurants nearby - The Bungalow was excellent for lunch but need to book if it's a Sunday lunch. Wonderful hosts who were there if we needed and were very helpful about a slightly late checkout. Would highly recommend.

A wonderful family stay at Villa Allegra - so comfortable with all the amenities required and a fabulous outside space with pool to relax. Perfectly positioned just a short way from the Port with wonderful restaurants and bars. We can’t wait to return.

Super accommodation in a great location, very clean and well equipped. Great for visiting Palma city. Portixol is very uncommercialised, with great places to eat. A welcome pack would be a useful addition for weary holiday makers upon arrival. Overall one of our better holidays and we plan to return.
