Lista holiday lettings

Totally agree with all the other reviews – this was a brilliant place to stay and Rosa’s hosting was unbeatable. I think the flat is where Rosa stays when she visits Madrid, so it feels very comfortable, homely & well loved – everything has been thought of, and everything works. Bright, quiet, clean, plenty of space for 3, wonderful balcony for a morning coffee in the sunshine (even in February). Good location – loads of places to eat/food shops within a few minutes of the apartment block. Excellent gluten free options just across the road. Walk to Madrid centre in 30-40 minutes, or to the metro (going to/from the airport and anywhere in the city) in only 5 minutes. Check-in was in person with Elena, who manages the flat and keeps it spotless – we didn’t realise when we booked that late flights are not ideal as Elena lives out of town but she was extremely kind and helpful and even changed her schedule so we could use the flat until our homeward flights. Many thanks Rosa and Elena for a fabulous trip to Madrid!
