Katt and Matt are fabulous hosts and the accommodations are perfection. Looking forward to staying there again.

We stayed for 3 nights. Probably is well furnished and equipped. Location is on the quieter part of the island and across the road from a lovely beach with crystal clear water. Matt and Katt were lovely hosts. Appreciated the pick and drop off service from the sea plane. Would thoroughly recommend.

I have travelled to Bimini often for work, yet this was my first time visiting for pleasure. The location, while a little far from the bustling heart of Alice Town is quiet, clean safe and surrounded by water, beaches and endless wanderings for exploring. The property came with a gold cart and so reaching the other end of the island takes about ten minutes. This place is perfect for exploring Bimini and all her treasures, while then allowing a wonderful, quiet and relaxing retreat at the end of a hard days playing. We will absolutely stay here again when we are visiting for pleasure!

This was our 3rd stay with Katt and Matt and we thoroughly enjoyed our week! Matt and Katt did a great job on remodeling the cottage! It is lighter and roomier. The cottage is in a perfect location, just steps from a gorgeous beach and, near several local eateries. We are already planning our next visit at Katt's Kottage.
