Holiday rentals near Istanbul Cevahir Shopping and Entertainment Centre

Ugur could not of been more helpful, the location was central and we had the lower ground floor apartment for ease of access and the property was an easy walk to main square as Istanbul has some steep hills which I wanted to avoid as have a bad back . Accomodation was light and bright and had the bonus of a terrace and garden and even through so central it was a quiet area and min and large supermarket nearby. Absolutely loved our stay they. This is a really charming property, full of character in a brilliant location. Very easy to visit all the sites either by walking or on public transport. There are loads of cafes and restaurants all within walking distance. There’s an excellent artisan bakery just a few steps away which sells the most delicious pistachio bread - a must! The views from the terrace are absolutely stunning. It is a lively area but this just adds to its charm. I would recommend taking advantage of the taxi service from the airport. Tarkan was at the apartment to welcome us and was really very helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend a visit.

The owner of the flat was very hospitable and communication with him was very easy. On our first day, the check in to the flat was very smooth. The owner got in touch and showed us how. The apartment is fully equiped with whatever you need... dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron and whatever a home requires. The views from 2 of the rooms (double bed and 2 single bed with balcony) are amazing, especially during sunset/night. One problem we found out as soon as we entered the flat was that the door for every room in the house (except the main door) had frosted glass... including the bathroom and the toilet. It wasn't a big problem for us as the owner had kept a lot of large cloths stored in a cupboard. So we used them cover every bedroom door and toilet and bathroom door, and it solved the issue instantly. When we moved into the flat, we came to know that the area/neighborhood was not really for tourists and it was all locals. However, the Turkish people are always friendly and are willing to help whenever you need it. As soon as you come out of the flat and you walk up the road, you'll see a lot of shops with whatever you need. 2 shops I highly recommend anyone to buy from, if you are staying at this flat, is "Türkiş Kafe" (fast food) and Başpinar
