Deira City Centre Station holiday lettings

This apartment is located within the Paramount Midtown Hotel and is ideally located for Dubai Mall and Burj Kalifa. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and provides a lot of space. The balcony runs the full length of the apartment and gets the sun in the morning and gives great views of the Burj Kalifa, which is especially good at night. There are great views from the rooftop pool on the 64th floor, although this gets really busy and you will struggle to get a bed or seat given it's size in relation to the number of rooms in the hotel. However, the pool itself is really nice and relaxing.It's a 15 minute walk to Dubai Mall and there is a supermarket and takeaways just across the road. The hotel team are extremely helpful and will answer any questions you have as well as assisting with taxis/excursions. We had a slight problem getting into the apartment as we weren't sent the access code for the front door. However, after several messages and calls to the owner, we were able to get in after a 15 minute wait.Getting around is cheap. Taxi to the Beach At JBR or Dubai Marina costs around 70AED, although this can vary with the traffic, (which can be a heavy).Overall, a great apartment offering a great location and good value for money. Would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful villa. The house itself is very spacious with air conditioning throughout. The rooms were large and most had en suite bathrooms. The beach and pool access are a real highlight and the views are stunning. Are were a few basic amenities missing that would have made the stay even better.

This is a perfect apartment to explore Dubai. Located on JBR walk and Bluewater close to all amenities. Apartment was fantastic for our family stay, excellent communication and fab check in. Thank youNatalie, we had a great holiday.

Property is perfect .Lots of thought and love has been put into this apartment in order to make your stay like home from home.Communication with the owners was effortless and regular. The Anantara residence is class
