Three generations gathered to celebrate my mother visiting from Australia. Sarah and Nick were very welcoming and relaxed. The teenagers played a lot of tennis and swam, the rural setting is gorgeous. We mostly ate at local restaurants which were fantastic, particularly the stunning Chequers in Fingesr but we also loved the South African bistro in Henley called Hofs - unusual but delicious food. Thank you to the hosts for all their top tips and allowing us to use their beautiful home.

Convenient location, pleasant home

This property was as described and housed 2 adults and 2 teenagers comfortably for a week. It was clean and pleasant. The outoor space was nice and it was shared with the owners who live onsite. I could not get the hob in the kitchette to work but then I didn't ask how to turn it on as it was not too improtant to me. The downside is that there is not a convenient place to park if you are driving a large vehicle and not accustomed to squeezing into the tight spaces that English drivers seem to be able to manage. Overall, it was a great place to stay and a good value for the money.

Wendover magic

Great property. Very spacious. Clean and everything you would need for a great stay. Wonderful area. Lots within easy reach. Went up to London by train for the day. Recommend the Shoulder of Mutton pub for a nice lunch and Wendover Plaice on the Tring Road for good size portions of fish and chips. All in all great stay with a surprise big tv and sound bar in the master bedroom.

We certainly found a gem here! The location was great for getting around.The property itself was excellent and exceeded our expectations . The rooms were ideal for all members of the family (7) with plenty of room in the lounge area as well.The proximity to Marlow was great for shopping and dining out and even for those members of the family who enjoyed a 5k run along the river pathways.Many thanks for the lovely sponge cake and welcome pack.We certainly recommend this property
