Stunning property, and second time here to enjoy everything about freeholders.

Absolutely loved our stay, Sheelah and Jack were perfect hosts. The cottage was lovely and we all slept very well. The facilities were spot on and as described and the swimming pool was a lovely bonus with the weather. Thank you Sheelah and Jack for making my 60th birthday one to remember and treasure. We stayed at The Den for 1 week in early May 2025 it is perfect for one to two people. Set within a lovely garden the accommodation is very comfortable and well equipped a private parking place is also provided. Situated In a quiet location convenient 5 minutes walking distance to the town, sea and transport.

Set in a peaceful garden scene, a clean well equipped place to stay. Relax inside or outside in the garden. Good location just a short distance from Wroxham.Owners very helpfully and make it a pleasure to stay.

We had such a lovely week in Bloomsbury House. The house and garden are beautiful and exceeded all our expectations. There were lovely touches from the hosts on arrival 😊 The kitchen is really really well equipped which was great. We cooked and had food locally - the kitchen had everything (and more) that we needed. Location was brilliant - everything within walking distance, places to eat/get food/drink, shops, tesco, the beach and promenade. You could stay here and not drive. We did venture out and the local area has lots to see. 10/10 from all of us 😊
