Dockyard Station holiday lettings

Had a lovely week at the house. Great location for the beach, and great garden for the children to play along with plenty of outside space. Great that all the bedrooms were ensuite. Very well equipped with everything you need. Only downside was the lack of parking, but the carpark is only a minute away so wasn't a problem.

Really beautifully maintained property with lots of thoughtful touches to make it feel more like a home than just another vacation rental. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the back garden made for a fantastic view from the back windows.

This accommodation is wonderful as always.

This apartment totally blew us away! the Fort and its grounds were superb and enjoyable to explore. The sea view from the balcony was mesmerising! The kitchen was very well equipped, the bed was comfy and we always had a good nights sleep. The place was very peaceful and surrounded by excellent walks through some stunning countryside, woods, local villages. The south coastal path was easy to find. There was a secure underground car park too. The apartment felt very comfortable and homely with lots of personal touches and original features making it a unique place to stay. We absolutely loved it!

We had originally booked an alternative apartment but the host kindly upgraded us to an apartment with a Seaview and free parking.The apartment is beautifully decorated throughout with a contemporary feel.The communication between the host was great!The apartment had fresh eggs and milk in the fridge and fresh fruit on the table.Tea and coffee supply. The location was ideal, right on the harbour and a 5 minute drive to the Barbican/Hoe.There are restaurants and bars less than one minutes walk away.Would highly recommend and will certainly be staying again.Thanks so much !

Enjoyable stay in a lovely barn, with great hosts in a super location - close to brilliant walking on Dartmoor and the pub!

We had a lovely stay at Toad Hall despite the horrid wet weather.The cabin was as stated nice, clean and cosy. Roger the owner was excellent in communicating with any queries. Thank you also Roger for the lovely bottle of wine left as a welcome gift. Much appreciated. The only constructive advise which is nothing to do with the property or the owner, due to the weather it was a bit mucky had to be careful not to slip. Perhaps more chippings could be put down on the roadway/parking space. Though appreciate the approach is for other properties too! Would definitely return as found it very peaceful, accomadation excellent which is what we wanted.

I cannot speak highly enough of the property, the hosts and the location, we simply had a fantastic experience. The property was really well appointed, in great condition and super clean. The location is stunning with fantastic views out across Dartmoor and direct access within minutes to some of the best walking in North Dartmoor. Lastly you will find it difficult to receive a warmer welcome and more accommodating hosts anywhere, thank you so much, we will be back !
