Holiday rentals near Ironbridge Museum

Hi, we just wanted to write and say a big thank you for the last 3 days we’ve spent at Glebe Farm. The Cottage has everything you need for a stay to recharge your batteries. All the little touches in the cottage, are well thought through. It was so nice to just listen to the noises of the countryside. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and if you wish to travel further afield are Ludlow and Bridgnorth, which are both worth a visit. We’d definitely recommend a stay at Glebe Farm. The accommodation was superb and the location excellent, right in the centre of town with restaurants close by. Loved staying there, however, the key fob for the parking was not in the safe key box on arrival and took the property managing company over 24 hours to locate it (down behind the microwave in the kitchen). In addition the fob was practically split in half when located! We were only there for two nights so had already parked up in a 24 hour car park so I wasn’t prepared to move my vehicle without any certainty that the fob would actually unlock the gated parking area and waste more of my limited time in Shrewsbury. When I explained this to the managing agent they weren’t interested and said they won’t reimburse me for overnight parking for the second night never mind offering compensation for all the inconvenience I had been put through! So in conclusion accommodation fabulous, location exceptional, Shrewsbury a great place to visit but if you have a problem the managing agents aren’t very reasonable or supportive!

Lovely cottage, comfy bed and fabulous views from the courtyard. Would stay again.

The property was clean and the kitchen was pristine, would definitely recommend.
