Holiday rentals near Southern Connecticut State University

The photos of this property don’t do it justice. The home is right on the water and the views are breathtaking. We found ourselves outside on the deck almost all day, watching the water. It’s so peaceful, yet, there is enough activity to make you feel like you’re not in the middle of nowhere. The house is so warm and inviting. We kept telling each other how we felt instantly at home from the minute we arrived.Sheila is a fantastic communicator, the home was easy to access, and it’s equipped with everything you need to host a family there.I highly recommend staying here!

A quiet, cozy and lovely spot to stay for a guest from the UK. It was very easy to stay at Sharon's cottage. It was fairly well provided for with equipment and just very easy, comfortable and straightforward to stay in as a guest. Bed was very comfortable. Location-wise, like many American small towns, Woodbridge is very spread out, so shops have to be driven to, but there is a good farm shop down the road. Also a great area to go for walks nearby.

What a brilliant house to stay in and a real home from home. From the warm and generous greeting on arrival, to the contents of the kitchen cupboards that tell you this is a much loved family vacation home, to the all of the extras you could possibly want. And then there’s the location and the amazing view!! Above all, though, it’s the generosity of spirit that this house exudes that makes it so utterly special. Thank you so much and we can’t wait to come back!

What a gem! Lovely cosy, relaxing feel in a stunning house. It made our once in a lifetime family holiday all the more special. The three year olds loved the space and being able to get to the beach in one minute. Location was great with I 95 close by for easy access to all the attractions the area has to offer. We all loved it.
