Holiday rentals near West Broward Shopping Center

This accommodation is very clean and fully equipped being well looked after by the owner.The property itself has in my opinion a unique cottage style and having the fantastic pool to yourself was a real bonus with plenty of umbrellas, plants and flowersfeels as though you have your own villa.The location is perfect for the restaurants, bars and beach all within short walking distance.Really enjoyed our stay.

I’ve just spent an amazing 5 days at Sandcastle villa in Miami with ten friends from London for my 50th birthday celebration.The pictures do not do the property justice. It had everything you could wish for to make it a special stay.The owner John was incredibly helpful and friendly. Nothing was so much trouble for him. We stayed here for 5 nights following a hectic week in Orlando. Casa Coconut provided us with the perfect place to relax and unwind but was close enough to all Lauderdale-by-the-Sea has to offer - which is a lot! Ali and Brian are fantastic hosts and responded immediately when we asked for advice regarding a medical issue. Book this place - you won’t regret it!

The dirtiest place i ever saw! I have all the pictures with me, i wish i could be able to put here. I left the apartment first day we couldnt able to sleep it was terrible. They are so unhelpfull. Even you are not taking the key of the house from residence lobby, they were completely weirdest people . I hate it! I will never rent a place from them!

The villa is exactly as described and more ! We arrived to find the house spotless and furnished beautifully. Ron the manager was amazing and couldn’t do enough for us . He lives next door which is so useful if you have any questions. Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool and the beach , which is only a minutes walk away. Highly recommend this villa and we would definitely book it again !!

What a wonderful property. On top of the spacious lounge and kitchen, having a property with two en suites makes a lot of difference. The garden was perfect for lazing in the sun, with a wonderful pool to retreat to when it got too hot! Owen was always quick to respond to any queries, and Tom (the property manager) was very welcoming and helpful in our arrival. As we try and return to Florida every couple of years, we’ll definitely be hoping to stay here again when we return.
