Holiday rentals near Calderwood Pavilion

We really enjoyed our stay in Jack and Greg’s condo it was super clean and it was supplied with everything you would need and more . Would love to return if we were back Boston as it was within walking distance to all amenities.👍👍

Takara and Will have put a lot of effort into making this place comfortable and stylish in a low key slightly boho sort of way. It’s spacious with lots of nice touches (thanks for the yoga mat) and it really is as nice as the photos suggest. A self contained flat on the downstairs of a large property containing the owners upstairs and tenants in another part of house. Had great chats with both Will and Takara who had great tips for things to do in the area and Boston more generally. Roxbury is the historic part of Boston with Victorian era buildings and lots of character and interesting cafes and restaurants reflecting the dynamic and diverse demographic. Some might find it a little rough around the edges, but it is undeniably an ‘emerging’ district and on the up. Not far from downtown, though nearest T station is a bus ride away. Uber and Lyft good options too. I loved it.

This was a really lovely apartment in a great location to access Back Bay and T stops to get you elsewhere. Very close to convenience stores and restaurants also and on a quiet street. Cillian was great also. Highly recommend.

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment. We loved it so much last year that we booked it again for this year and I can’t see us staying anywhere else when we visit Boston. Why? Firstly it is a lovely, beautifully decorated and well fitted apartment in a historic brownstone. It has everything you need for a short stay - we were there for a week. Secondly, it is ideally located in the lovely South End district and is within walking distance to many great restaurants and shops. It’s not far to the nearest T so you can get to anywhere in Boston very easily. Finally, it is run by Stephanie and Alex, two of the nicest people you will ever meet. Friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble and we now look on them as friends. We feel very fortunate to have discovered this wonderful place.
