Tolo villas

The villa is perfect for a family getaway, lots of spaces to relax and sit together but equally enough to have time apart. The pool is lovely and looks over the olive groves and out to the bay of Nafplio. The villa is a short drive away from stores and a 15 minute drive to nafplio itself. We enjoyed a lovely Greek dinner in the villa cooked for us by Theodoresa and friends. Thanos was a very helpful host, allowing us to check-in early and responding to all questions promptly. If we were to visit nafplio again this villa would be top of our list to stay at.

The house suited us very well. The pool was great at all times of the day including at night as it's illuminated. The covered veranda was perfect for table tennis and mealtimes. The oasis of a garden was beautifully looked after. We loved the nearby beach and the swimming was perfect in the warm sea. Vivari has good Tavernas as does Drapano which also has good shops. The area is very quiet and private which suited us. It's not far from some impressive historic sites. All in all a great villa in a great location.

I stayed at Nikoleta's house in July 2023 with my three children whilst touring the ancient sites of Greece. The house is beautiful and is kept in perfect condition with air conditioning in all the bedrooms and living rooms. The garden and pool are also perfectly maintained and we really enjoyed them. It is a great house with a very kind and considerate host. It is a few kilometres from the town so you definitely need a car (we had one so no problem).

Very clean and comfortable. Excellent facilities. Fabulous views down to the bay and out to sea. Very tranquil location.

The villa is perfect. Everything in the villa is to a high standard and it's very smart. It's in a great location for exploring the sites and beaches nearby and Nafplio, which is very close, is one of the nicest cities in Greece. The views from the villa are truly spectacular. We enjoyed using the pool, even at the start of April. Communication with the owners was very easy. Thank you for a lovely stay. it's the second time we've stayed and would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa and will definitely be back. Sit back on a lounger with the kids happily jumping in the pool while you enjoy the magnificent sea and mountain view beyond them. Peaceful, v comfortable and impeccably clean. Close to lovely village of Vivari with cute seafront restaurants and 15 mins to fabulous Nafplio. Easy to visit Mycaenae and the ancient theatre at Epiduras. Wonderful owners; v responsive.

We spent two weeks early July at this amazing villa. We were welcomed by Oxana of Skouras Real Estate who briefed us on the area, where to eat, best places to visit etc. The villa is even better than in the photographs. It is very new and the best equipped villa we have ever stayed in. The villa was spotless upon arrival, as was the fantastic pool which was cleaned nearly every morning before we were even awake! The pool was larger than expected with only a small shallow end which made it perfect for adults to swim in. There was ample shade around the pool in both the morning and afternoons. Breakfast on the balcony looking at the all the greenery was so relaxing. The villa is situated not far from Drepano (walking takes around 25minutes but it was too hot for us to walk) which has lovely friendly local shops, cafes and a restaurants and is not at all touristy. A visit to Mrs Sofia's Bakery is a must (in fact we became regulars there!). The wifi was a bit unreliable but that is only to be expected in the more remote parts of Greece. I cannot recommend this villa enough, we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely return. Thank you Oxana for all your assistance during our stay.
