Jamaica villas

We had a great time at the villa. all the staff were brilliant and friendly and great at their jobs. allowed us to have a well earned rest after a long and busy year.

A wonderful way to celebrate our the last leg of our 50th trip around the sun! Our group of five women very much enjoyed our stay at AFIMI. The house was EXACTLY as pictured and described -- so much space and everything was in great condition. We loved doing whatever we wanted - be it kayaking, SUP, reading, relaxing by pool etc without having to worry about anything. The meals were delightful and the staff were kind, but unobtrusive. The house itself is a small gated community, we never felt at all unsafe.

Vila was honestly the best thing of this Vacation. Chef is amazing All staff from the minute you arrive very friendly and very welcome. Local beach is nice too. You feel safe 💯 there Local restaurant its pretty good too Thank you all vila staff and Wayne for our very memorable vacation.

Sapphire Reef Villa is aptly named: the reef is truly this colour! The villa is as described by all the positive guests before us - beautifully appointed inside, very spacious and ideal for a family or 3 couples wanting privacy. The grounds and out side areas are lovely, the pool fab. It is spectacular to have small areas of reef literally right off the landing jetty - you see a wonderful array of marine life right there. This was a revelation to us. One day the wind dropped enough for lovely Jahvan to take us out across the reef, allowing us to experience a greater variety of corals. Adrian cooked us so many delicious dinners, introducing us to loads of local ingredients and quickly gauging our tastes. The mango tree at the entrance is dripping with fruit right no (March-April). Adrian also prepared breadfruit from the garden. We used Turner taxi for the airport runs but Bunny for local trips - such a hoot! We had a magnificent day in the Blue Mountains with him; plus trips to Konoko Fall and a couple of visits to Ocho Rios and the environs. The villa feels totally safe and private and we can vouch that the mosquito screens are fully effective! We were certainly aware of the road noise on and off day and night as others have mentioned, but totally worth it for the location. Sandra is really a super host - her communication throughout; the thought she has put into the house to make it comfortable - lovely soft furnishings, linens; touches like a couple of sunhats. We are very grateful for the opportunity to share her family's home for our first experience of Jamaica.

Tastefully decorated, perfectly provisioned and welcoming hosts. This villa had everything! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we are already looking forward to our return 😊

Wonderful house, wonderful staff. A real treat in a beautiful place which really gave us the chance to explore Jamaica on our own but come back to luxury and safety in the evenings! Highly recommend 😀

We stayed at the villa for 3 nights and hosted out wedding there. Our guests are still talking about how exquisite the location was. The team were wonderful in supporting us through the wedding, even when vendors cancelled last minute and ensuring that we had a pleasant and relaxing stay on the days before and after the wedding. I stayed at villa with 9 friends for my 25th birthday and loved it. The villa was so beautiful and clean and the staff where also helpful. The food was great at times it did take a little long to be ready. I guess this was due to that there was 10 of us in total about from that the food was good. The rooms are super clean and the cleaner cleans every morning. My only complaint where the was not hot water after the first night but we never cared cause it was so hot anyway. Jason was super nice and understanding when we complained about the wifi and came over and tried to fix it. What people need to understand Jamaica wifi system is nothing like city internet so if your planning to try work from the villa this could be an issue so just get all that stuff done before you get there haha. I return to Jamaica next June for a family holiday so I might just rebook a stay
