Aguilas villas

Loved the kitchen the bbq the views and the pool! Everything was also clean and tidy, the wifi worked wel, and the main pueblo with shops and restaurants was a five minute walk away.

Villa Cocon was a sanctuary for all 12 of us, ranging from age 3 - 71! The villa was perfect with a plethora of games and activities for the children and adults alike. We have never been to this area of Spain, usually opting for culture over heat, so it was a different sort of holiday for us staying put and not venturing far! We visited the pretty local beaches, but having such a well-equipped and haven of a villa to stay in, it was blissful to stay, eat and play there! Many thanks to Carine and Romain for ensuring we were enjoying our stay. We absolutely did!

I've just come back from staying at this property and I have to say that myself and my family were all very impressed! The property was spotless, the kitchen was well equipped and the beds were really comfortable. The air conditioning in the bedrooms worked a treat for a cool night's sleep. The downstairs accessible bedroom with en suite was brilliant too. I've been coming to the area for many years and was delighted to find this lovely property practically in the heart of the restaurants and bars, but not too close that you are on top of them. We were really happy with Pascual and Pilar who were both really friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble for them. We will definitely be returning again next year, or maybe sooner if we can! Thank you Pascual and Pillar for your wonderful hospitality and we will see you again soon! Carol & Family :)

Villa Lorca was prepared beautifully for our stay by Karen & Ian - Thank You! It really was a home-from-home, equipped with just about anything you might possibly need for a relaxing week in the sun. We loved the pool, the mini golf, the awning by the pool (so we could always find some shade), the lovely smelling bedding and towels, the air con, the huge fridge space (with filtered cold water and ice), the washing machine, the washing line, the little shaded seating area off the kitchen, the shaded parking area, the 3 bathrooms (all fabulously clean), the beach equipment (buckets, spades & umbrellas), the pool toys, the amazing welcome pack - which was super helpful after our flight was delayed and we arrived very late in the evening! We enjoyed our visit to Lorca. The weather was glorious, we loved the beach at Calarreona (golden sand) as well as the promenade at Aguilas and Lorca Castle at 7pm - cooler and hardly anyone there, plus a great view at sunset! We found the Carrefour in the shopping centre at Aguilas excellent (although there are plenty of shops nearer). We also enjoyed a nice meal at the restaurant down the road next to Pan Lorca (where you can get fresh bread every morning) . It was called La Fuente - with pizzas and pop all round for just 40 Euros for all 5 of us! 2 relaxed adults and 3 very happy kids - The Davies Family

Property situated in a great location within walking distance of the beach, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. There was air conditioning in 3 rooms and the property was fully equipped with great extras such as beach towels, beach umbrellas and an ice box. Plenty of on street parking outside the property. A new dishwasher had been installed in the kitchen.
