Perfect Villa for a Large of Mixed Ages

Well equipped and plenty of storage in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool is a good size but not graduated in depth. This wasn't a problem for us however. Inevitably there are mosquitos so come prepared. The villa is in a quiet neighborhood approximately 10-15 min walk to the centre so well located.

A very spacious private property with great views. Ideally located to be able to walk into town in 15 minutes. Dalyan was great with plenty of restaurants, bars etc with many boat trips available. Many taxis available to get around.

Amazing holiday and fantastic villa

The villa was very clean , spotless and had everything you needed apart from a cook !!!We stayed here for start April to beginning of May. 8 mins walk into town, plenty supermarkets, restaurants and drinking places. Rural Perfection!

Villa Maria is by far the best property we have rented and we have rented many! The house is superbly equipped and much thought has been put into it to ensure a very comfortable home from home. The Villa is located to take great advantage of the nearby mountains but close by to all amenities. The view from the bedroom watching the morning sunlight traversing the valley was nothing short of magical. We will be back!

Fabulous Villa everyone had a bathroom ….pool great … the Villa is in a ideal area, walking into Dalayan 10 minutes . Supermarket 5 minutes . Ozgur the manager was very helpful in every way.

Relaxation in paradise

This is such a lovely villa and we had a totally awesome time here. Just wish it was a longer stay. The house is very comfortable and extremely well equipped. The gardens are fabulous and the pool behind the property just wonderful. We cannot fault the stay at all. Aygen’s family in the area stayed in touch and were so lovely and helpful. I really do hope that I can book another stay as the villa is a short walk to Dalyan central and a great place to be based. Thoroughly lovely stay and recommend the villa 100%.
