Independent mini apartment in Villa on the outskirts of northern Rome, with a small private and fenced garden where you can also stay in the company of your faithful friend.
The apartment consists of: living room with sofa bed and kitchenette; double bedroom with bathroom.
At 400 meters. on foot you can reach the Saxa Rubra railway station, well connected to the center of Rome.
Adjacent to the RAI center and to the S. Hospital Andrew.
During the summer, possibility to use the swimming pool and common garden, with a supplement.
Auto-rail connection to the city center a few meters from the house.
Nearby and easily accessible with a few bus stops, large supermarket open 24 hours a day.
Wide possibility of parking.
Ability to accompany and pick up guests on request and at predetermined times at Saxa Rubra train station and supermarket.

Nous venons de passer une semaine dans la "Casa de Ornella" et nous avons eu un véritable coup de foudre, tant pour la qualité de l'hébergement que pour notre hôte, Daria.L'hébergement est parfait et le cadre est superbe. Il est idéalement situé pour se rendre, facilement, dans Rome et profiter d'une magnifique piscine, entourée de verdure, après une journée de visite.Mais ce que nous avons, sans doute, le plus apprécié, c'est la gentillesse avec laquelle nous avons été accueillis. Daria et sa fille, Valeria, sont deux personnes d'une gentillesse et d'une disponibilité hors du commun. Cet hébergement est une pépite.

possible de se garer dans le jardin pour mettre la voiture en securitélogement en sous sol, manque de luminosité, mais frais en cas de forte chaleurle réfrigérateur est un peu petit pour un séjour de longue durée.tres bon accueil de DariaA proximité de bus en direction du centre de Rome, mais son acces est difficile

Une location avec beaucoup d'avantages, et un accueil charmant.

Nous avons passé une douzaine de jours en juillet dans cette location, et ce fut un excellent séjour! L'appartement est situé en sous-sol. Il est donc assez frais, ce qui est très appréciable lors des fortes chaleurs, tout comme la grande piscine! Il est de plus très bien situé, dans un quartier résidentiel, proche d'une gare urbaine: il est donc facile de se rendre dans Rome sans voiture, et au retour des visites, on peut ainsi profiter d'un environnement calme et verdoyant. Mais surtout, nous avons pu apprécier la grande gentillesse et la disponibilité de Daria et de sa famille qui nous ont réservé le meilleur accueil possible. Nous avons adoré découvrir la ville de Rome, mais les moments passés dans cette location nous laissent aussi de très beaux souvenirs. Chantal, Jean-François, Baptiste et Antoine Rouviller.
