Having at heart to offer you a quality seasonal rental, our fully renovated detached house offers you, in a friendly spirit, calm and comfort.
Beds made before your arrival, towels available and cleaning fees included.
Ground floor: 110m2 garage with automatic door (H2. 30 L2. 50), possibility of parking several vehicles (including boat, jet ski, windsurfing) chipping corner for preparing your fish, shellfish and crustaceans, utility room with washing machine, dryer, WC, sink and walk-in shower.
Upstairs (1 level): beautiful living room with fully equipped kitchen open to the bar area, dining / living room.
Reading / drawing corner for your children.
1 separate WC.
Bathroom with shower, double sink, electric towel dryer.
3 beautiful bedrooms (single or double occupancy: 1 bedroom with double bed 160X200, 2 bedrooms with twin beds 80X200).

Tolles kleine Haus in den Gassen von Marseillan. Große Garage in dem wir mit unseren L3-Bus problemlos reingekommen sind. Senseo Kaffeemaschine, zwei Toiletten und Duschen sowie Klimaanlage in jedem Raum runden das tolle Ergebnis ab. Abends lädt die Terrasse im ersten Stock zum Verweilen ein. Un super séjour

Tout était au top: appartement aménagé avec goût, lieu (proche des commerces et du port), confort, calme...et surtout notre hôte. Christian nous a reçu avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de jovialité. A fabulous stay!
