Located in the heart of the Causses du Quercy Regional Park, and black triangle (ideal for stargazing) near the main attractions of the Lot department, this small house Quercy welcomes you for a relaxing holiday, offers charm and authenticity in the countryside, in a natural and protected environment in the middle of a preserved heritage.
The cottage is made on two levels - for one person - for a couple - a family with 2 children - 4 persons.
On the ground floor a large living room includes the dining room, living room with fireplace carved stone, a modern fully equipped and functional, large bathroom with sink and was housed the washing machine.
Upstairs two bedrooms highlighted by a traditional exposed frame - yellow room with 140 bed - orange room with two beds 90 - closets in the hallway - a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower - two piece of ice cream washbasins - cupboard - a separate toilet.

On arrival, the beds are made; sheets, towels, tea towels are provided free of charge.

Rent from April 1st to June 30th 2019 - 390 €
Rent of the months of July and August 2019: 480 € the week.
rental of the months of September / October 2019 / week holidays of Toussaint: 390 € the week.

If renting for adults plus a weekly fee of 40 €
Participation will be requested for firewood April / May / June / September / October / if necessary.
The rental conditions are provided for in the rental agreement:
20% deposit upon booking, the balance on the day of arrival.
A deposit check of 450 € is required; it is not cashed and will be returned the day of departure (except damages).
A receipt - receipt is issued for rental.
If the cleaning has not been done: an amount of 90 € will be requested.
