IN THE BELFRY

Our house is a sky earth in the center of a small rural village where the bell still marks the passing of time. From the loft you can enjoy a beautiful panorama in every season of the year, it is very bright, has an independent entrance and consists of two bedrooms, a private bathroom and a large living room with stove and a sofa bed.
The breakfast with homemade cakes and jams but on request can also be salted with local products, is served on the terrace among the roses in summer and in our dining room in other seasons.
It seems that our house is in a remote place, instead it is only 20 minutes from Perugia and Lake Trasimeno, and being Pieve Caina in the central area of Umbria, all the other wonders of our region can be easily and quickly reached. Around us there is the wood where the Green Path of the Nestore river winds, a 15 km walk in contact with nature to be done on foot, on horseback or with our bicycles.
We live in the rest of the house with our children and are available for any need, advice and suggestions.
We can accommodate up to 5 people, 2 in a double room, 2 in a single room, 1 on a single sofa bed and on request we can offer a cot for children. Pieve Caina is a small village in the municipality of Marsciano, from which all the tourist, natural and religious destinations of Umbria are easily accessible.
2 km. there is a public swimming pool, open all summer and only 20 min. by car you can reach the swimming beaches of Lake Trasimeno.
It is necessary to have a car.
30 km away. there is the San Francesco d'Assisi international airport and only 20 min. you can reach the Perugia railway station.
