Holiday Home Sciacca is a villa in exclusive use, located on a slight rise with a wonderful sea view. Totally immersed in greenery, it offers different relaxation corners for adults and children. The sea is accessed from our private road and from a comfortable staircase. The sandy beach is fantastic, with shallow waters. The views are breathtaking, and being able to reach the beach along a few meters is something exclusive. Guests have access to all the outdoor space 1200 m2, full of typical trees and plants. The Barbecue area is certainly a strong point of the structure. The sea view makes the villa unique. Holiday villa located in a residential area called Residence Capo San Giorgio in Timpi Russi, a few km from Sciacca, Ribera and Agrigento. Immersed in a garden where plants typical of the Mediterranean maquis predominate, the house is simple and with essential furnishings to allow you to spend a relaxing and peaceful holiday. A beautiful sea view predominates from every point outside the house, and in the barbecue area you can enjoy wonderful outdoor barbecues. Just 50 m on foot, in a small bay, there is a beach of sand and pebbles. Possibility of visits and excursions in the nearby Selinunte at only 30 km, Eraclea Minoa at 35 km, Agrigento 65 km, Erice 100 km. On request at the time of booking it is possible to combine the two single beds and form a double bed.
