Roy was a gracious host.Very comfortable beds, nice shower, very clean! Did not realize we were sharing space with owner who was extremely friendly and helpful. Bedrooms were spacious but no sitting area. Roy had coffee, microwave and dishes in a common area we could use. It is a great location although the street noise is constant at night.

Fantastic location and Roy was a brilliant and friendly host.Take ear plugs though because it can be a bit noisy with the windows open.Couldn’t have wanted a better stay for the money! Great value.

Loved staying at Roy's place in Amsterdam. The listing and pictures were very reflective of the space. Really nice location, some nice restaurants nearby, and close to the downtown and train station. The two separate rooms are a rarity, something my cousin and I really appreciated. Separate toilet and shower were great, too.Our host Roy, was very friendly and excellent with communication. He was flexible with our check-in when we arrived earlier than expected. Would very much recommend.

We had a great stay. Our host has been very proactive by sending information with accuracy and in advance. The location is central and walking distance from many places to visit. Fantastic experience. Amsterdam is a great city and we had an excellent weather.

It is an easy 10 minute walk from Eurostar station. Shops in the area. Several cafes and restaurants. Establishment nice, clean, bright with great view of canal and our host Roy was very friendly and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Amsterdam.

Location of the apartment is convenient to train station and near lots of restaurants (several recommended by host) and all the places you want to visit; on days when weather was miserable we didn’t mind staying in because the view is “Amsterdam”. Hope to stay here again!

Great stay - very chilled and friendly property manager. Good location not too far from main attractions. A little noisy with traffic noise but that’s because I couldn’t work out how to shut the window! Overall great stay for me and my dad!

A Perfect location with a warm host

The host was excellent and the stay was pleasant. I would certainly recommend this spot if you want to be near Central Station and close to all the excitement of Amsterdam.

Perfect stay!

Everything about this property is perfect! From communication with Roy, check in, to the beautiful canal views was great. Convenient to train station, shops, restaurants and walking around the canals. The accommodations were clean and it was great to have 2 sinks when getting ready. Would definitely stay here again!

Roy is a very nice guy, very welcoming, and his place is well situated. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is private and clean.

Host was great and helpful. Not much of a kitchen area but we didn’t spend a lot of time there since we were exploring Amsterdam. It really seems like 1 full bathroom since the toilet and shower were in separate rooms, but that is actually a plus since one person couldn’t tie up both rooms. Overall had a great time.
