About this property

Stay in the heart of the city centre with this trendy, modern and fully furnished one bedroom apartment. It has recently been renovated to a high standard to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

THis property is situated just off the popular Deasngate which is no more than a 10 minute walk to all of Manchester's amenities including Selfridges, Harvey Nichols, The Triangle and The Printworks. You really could not be any closer to the vibrant city centre whilst staying in a quiet part of town.

You are only a stone's throw away from the trendy and very current Spinningfields - home to many fancy bars and restaurant. All shopping from budget to high all withing easy reach whether you want to splash to around King Street or get value for money from high street shopping in the Arndale Centre.

The nearest train station is Manchester Victoria at 0.7 miles, no more than a 10 minute walk.

The apartment consistes of a large hall entrance leading to an open plan lounge with fully fitted kitchen, integrated appliances and a breakfast bar. It includes a fully functioning and equipped kitchen including a washing machine too as well as fridge-freezer, microwave and oven.

The lounge area has been beautifully decorated and to make you feel as comfortable as possible with a 40 inch television that has Netflix built in for those nights you wish to stay in.

The large master bedroom has been made as cosy as possible with fluffy carpet and a king size bed for a good nights sleep. The family sized bathroom has an over-bath shower perfect for if you need a quick shower or want to relax in a bubble bath.

WiFi is provided in and is free of charge and there is a balcony too. Fresh milk, tea and coffee is complimentary as well as toiletries. There are also fresh towels and linen given for your stay so no need to bring your own.

Ok apartment convenient for Deansgate

The apartment itself is very nice and suitable for a couple. However, a broken down lift on arrival wasn’t a good start. The door to the balcony, bathroom extractor were also broken. When we used the hand brush to clean up crumbs we swept up several long black hairs - not ours. We put the spare pillows on top of the wardrobe and when we retrieved them they were very dirty. All a pity as the apartment has great potential but needs maintenance and attention to detail.
