The Upstairs Master bedrooms with king size beds have a bathroom en suite and closet.

Spacious living room and open kitchen with beautiful handmade wooden big island and Carrara marble countertops. Big 3 doors Fridge, 2 wine coolers , 2 doors oven , microwave, dishwasher, and big pantry. Sectional couch , Flat-screen TV, Apple TV, DVD player.

Hi Speed WiFi wireless internet throughout house and outdoor grounds.

Aways ask before bringing pets in the house! We are pet friendly for small potty-trained and educated dogs and cats , we have our dog use socks or similar to protect hardwood floors as well so please ask before bringing your furry friend and please use some protection as well! please remember that
this place is very special for us so anybody who is clean, neat and will treat our house respectfully is more than welcome to stay

Interaction with guests

During your stay we will be staying in our Backyard Studio( at the end of the backyard) unless traveling, so we will be on premises to help you for any necessity you might have and surely help you to have the greatest time! We always try to give you a tour of the house in person and help you with any questions you might have. If traveling we will leave the number for a local point of contact in case you need immediate assistance with anything. We are super friendly and respectful of your privacy and always give the guest as much interaction or no interaction as they prefer!

If you are interested in booking our house and don't have any prior reviews from hosts, please ensure that your profile is complete, including verified email address, phone, social media and ID (drivers license) and general info about you would be helpful as well. Introduction
Welcome Home!! thank you so much for visiting our home! we hope you will have a comfortable and lovely stay! This Manual is designed to answer any question you might have and guide you through you stay!

HOUSE RULES:

- CLEAN AFTER YOURSELF AND DO YOUR OWN DISHES.

SMOKING
This is a NO SMOKING home.No smoking is permitted inside of the house or near the doors where the smell of smoke can enter the house. If you have to smoke you are free do so outside the house, we have an astray in the outside back patio.

NO OUTSIDE GUESTS ALLOWED
No visitors allowed besides booked guests unless previously authorized by me. This also means no parties, gatherings, etc. allowed.


SHOES
Please remove your shoes before entering the House!!
You can leave them outside the porch or in the hallway. We also have green chest you can use to store them as well.

PETS
Always inform us before bringing a pet in the house. Use socks to protection
SURFACES to CARE FOR
We have Carrara Marble countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. Although absolutely beautiful they are very delicate and easy to stain or scratch therefore need a lot of attention and care. Especially coffee, wine, oil, makeup, become impossibile to remove, therefore always use mats on them and cutting boards.

The Island countertop and the dining table are also pretty delicate and they are sensitive to heat. Always use coasters, place mats and heat mats witch can be found in the island drawers. Also always use cutting boards and use protection on surfaces whether you are cooking, writing and so on.
While dishes, utensils and other kitchen amenities are at your disposal, please wash your dishes in the dishwasher or by hand.

Use place mats and coasters to help protect the tables, counters and other surfaces.



KITCHEN

Trash

Trash is underneath the sink. Recycle is in the silver bin inside the pantry.
Please dump the trash in the outside green container before you leave! DO NOT leave dirty dishes behind , as the cleaning team will charge extra for it and it will be taken from your deposit. so please DO YOUR OWN DISHES.

Dishwasher

Dishwasher is easy to set up. clean up your plates from from food and rinse them up before placing them in the dishwasher.Then fill the soap box with powder soap. then Just power it on and select cycle .
Ceramic pots/pants are not dishwasher safe and need to be hand washed.
You will find dishwasher soap underneath the sink.

Fridge
The fridge is very spacious and should supply all of your needs. We try not to keep to much of our stuff around, so you will most likely find it semi-empty. REMEMBER TO BRING THE LEFTOVERS WITH YOU AT THE END OF YOUR STAY AN LEAVE THE FRIDGE AS CLEAN AS YOU FOUND IT. In case you need there are two more small wine coolers , one in from of the pantry and one underneath the island!

Oven
Always use the lid with pots and pans, the vent is not the most powerful and get heated pretty fast.
NEVER use silverware with ceramic cookware or it will get damaged.Only use wooden or plastic utensils with them.


Pantry
We cleaned up a side of our high pantry , you should have plenty of space to storage all you might need. Remember not to leave behind fruit or food that could attract ants or fruit flies .


GRILL
Feel free to use the grill, but please be mindful of security measures.
Don’t move the grill and remember to turn the gas off! ;)
Clean the grill after you use it!


BEDROOMS
There are 2 master bedrooms with king bed and bathroom en suite upstairs. Two queen bedrooms downstairs plus a “meditation room/guest bedroom that has a pull on queen sofa bed.
In case you might need we are leaving also an airbed.

BATHROOMS
There is extra Toilet papers underneath the sinks.
DO NOT flush anything but toiler paper. For everything else please use the trash bin.
If you are doing your makeup please use the trays as makeup may stain the marble :)

LAUNDRY ROOM
Washer and Dryer are located upstairs in the laundry room and they are pretty intuitive to use.
There you can also find an iron in case you might need it.

the 2.4 has a wider range so we suggest to use that for use around the house. 5 is a stronger one, but is limited in the area closer to the modem :)
If in any case you need to reset the router you can just unplug it, give it 30 second and plug it back in.

AIR CONDITIONING
Air condition is central air. We have two different units, the downstairs unit control is located on the wall outside the small bedroom hall. The Upstairs unit control is on the wall on the left side inside the Master bedroom1. . If you need to change temperature you can rotate right or left to select temperature.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
This is our personal home that we live in. During your stay we will be staying in the backyard studio unless traveling so I will be mostly there if you need anything :) While I will not always be on the premises during your stay, I am available via phone or text to answer any questions and to help make your stay as pleasant as possible.


GETTING AROUND
Use the driveway for parking. I would recommend to take Uber anywhere in the city, especially if you don't want to deal with parking, etc. Most uber rides are less than $10.00 if traveling downtown, midtown, etc. An uber ride from/to the airport (ATL) is around $15.00 - $20.00. If you don't have either app, I can send you an invitation to sign up and you'll get free rides on both Lyft and Uber!
