Fabulous house. Convenient location.

We chose Burlorne randomly from the many available properties and have to say we were thrilled with it. A beautiful house, with enough space to give a large family room to breath. Spacious rooms, lovely furnishings and high quality chinaware- and loads of it! Would fully recommend Burlorne for a relaxed, comfortable base in this beautiful part of Cornwall.

Well decorated modern and spacious house with a good pool

We had a lovely time here. Great place to come back to after days out and a good pool which was enjoyed by all 5 of us every day. Good location for great locations such as Polzeath.

A great place

Bulorne is a love house, very clean and everything you would need. It's very spacious and well equipped. The swimming pool was tremendous for us. The weather was a bit dodgy at times and we were still able to enjoy a swim in the lovely warm water. Also it was great to have a heated shower outside which meant we were more than happy to use it. My only recommendation would be to make the instructions for handling the rubbish clearer. There is conflicting messages in the manual and notice board. Overall, we would definitely recommend.

Lovely house let down by cleaning

The house is lovely but had not been cleaned properly. Fridges and doors still dirty, everything had been quickly wiped around not deep cleaned for Covid as stated. Pool only heated for a few hours late afternoon. Doors from conservatory and sitting room to outside wouldn’t open.
