Set in a green hill but with very easy access and close to shops and reastaurant, Villa Beatrice is a recently restored property with 7 bedrooms (5 en-suite), kitchen plus kitchenette, private gym, games rooms with pool table, tennis table, PlayStation, spacious indoor and outdoor living areas and the possibility to have daily maid services, private chefs, nannies, van with driver available daily at the villa and a lot of different activities to discover and enjoy Umbria and Tuscany. Wifi in all the rooms and around all the park.

Why they chose this property

The property is not hidden in the countryside, it is in within a walking distance to the village but yet in a quiet place with a great view. We are the only property in the area with a private tennis court.
